As an Account Director at Doberman you will be responsible for the strategy, process and deliveries to some of our largest clients. You will be engaged in new business sales as well as managing the processes and strategies that establish the conditions for your team and your client to achieve the best possible results throughout the entire client relationship.
A large part of your role will be to realize the operational goal of creating innovative services that grow business value for our customers and delivering state of the art experiences to the end users.

We would expect you to:
- Have experience from pitching and managing large scale digital projects
- Be genuinely interested in working with business development and service design
- Feel just as comfortable in playful workshops as well as in board meetings
